Servaus Australia is a specialist national contract manager of pest management services for organisations with multiple sites. In utilising cutting edge web technology and advanced pest management solutions Servaus Australia removes the demands of the management of the contract from the client so that they can focus on their core business.

Servaus Australia was cofounded by Chris Elder and Ray Lloyd in 2008 as they saw an obvious need for specialist pest management solutions for national companies with multiple sites in Australia and New Zealand. The business is based in Queensland but through the use of web technology our Clients throughout Australia and New Zealand have access to all the data they need at their finger tips.

Servaus Australia works with their Partners to deliver the best pest management solutions for their Clients and their sites. In conjunction with the pest management service, Servaus Australia provides value adding in the form of service auditing and a National Reporting Program which assists in continued improvement throughout the course of the contract.

The National Reporting Program is the cornerstone of the Servaus Australia solution as it can be adapted to supply analyses of those key performance indicators (KPI's) which are relevant and at times specific to our individual clients. Our clients can then view their KPIs in real time and can carry out internal / external audits on the pest management information and other records such as licences, insurance, MSDS, AQIS Approvals, labels etc as listed within their portal.
